PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENTS
Binding agreements drawn up for two people entering married life. The purpose of these are to be able to have a decision made regarding where each spouse’s assets will go if one happens to die or if, perhaps one day, agree to divorce.
To be considered valid, this must be completed and signed off by both parties before the nuptials are to commence. Both spouses should have legal representation and each must know all details of each other’s assets. |
